Cancellation made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less then 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation charge.

Any changes to bookings, including pickup/drop-off locations or timings must be communicated to our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Payment for bookings can be made through the website or in cash to the driver at the time of service.

All fares are inclusive of taxes and any applicable surcharges, for any questions, please either call us or use the form on the home page and our customer services team will get back to you.
Liability:

Pulhat Cars shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, accidents, or adverse weather conditions.

Our Liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service booked.
